Certifications/Journeyman Upgrades
- Mental Health Awareness: The JATC will be coming out with some new classes that are open to the entire membership including mental health awareness and Financial Aid by John Hancock. Please keep your eyes out for these announcements if you are interested in attending.
- Backflow Certification: Backflow certification class will begin in January. If you are interested in getting your backflow certification, please call the hall and talk to Melissa or Kiel.
- Application Deadline: The next application deadline for apprenticeship is January 31, 2026
- UA Weld Test: Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 8 A.M.
Please call Melissa no later than noon the Thursday before to sign up and to check on the status of the test session.
How to Check Your Certifications at UA.org
1. Go to – www.ua.org
2. Click on Members
3. Login – if first time user, create your member access account.
4. Login is your card number; also enter your password to login.
5. After login go to My Smart Profile (tabs at top)
6. Go to Certifications
7. Go to UA Certifications
8. Clicking here will show all your certifications which are active and/or expired.
